HEALING ART TECHINIQUES WORKSHOP

The first half of the day will include a brief overview on how and why art heals, how it can be used as a relaxation practice, followed by sessions on techniques. These techniques will include art journaling, soul collages, and mandalas. Lunch will be provided. In the afternoon the group will travel to Ordione Sate Park for an experience in walking meditation and how to experience a park, woods or beach in a creative way. The day will wrap up back in the studio to continue working on techniques and address any remaining questions. No art experience required!
