Celebrity judges: Clark Denis, rockin' lead singer from local band, DiamondBack, Jason Rojas, State Representative 9th Assembly District and Bob Kester from Springfield's own Rock 102. Meet adoptable dogs and cats, eat fabulous food from Hartford's Lion's Den and listen to groovy music from local duo Unsung Heros. Raffles, vendors and services offered: ear cleaning and nail clipping, paw reading and massage from Zodiapet, Reiki for you and your companion from Cosmos & Sage, and commemorate the day with your companion's paw print. Concluding with an Interfaith Blessing of the Animals and candlelight remembrance of the animals who were killed in shelters this year. Proceeds benefit The Queenie Foundation's rescue/adoption program.
