Kabbalah, a form of Jewish mysticism based on the Torah, involves techniques for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing that attract people of all faiths and backgrounds. We will expore meditation, breathing, and chanting practices, as well as learning about Kabbalah's origin and evolution. Find out about the 10 sefirot (similar to Indian-based chakras, or energy centers), five levels of the soul, and two main auras. And we'll practice the laying on of hands, visualizations, vibratory sounding of Hebrew vowels and power words, and the chanting of holy names.
