Yoga

Yoga is an ancient system of physical and mental practices that originated in India over 3000 years ago. The branch of yoga most popularly recognized in America is hatha yoga, which works with the body on a structural level helping to align the vertebrae, increase flexibility, stregthen muscles, and tone internal organs. Hatha yoga rejuvenates the cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive and nervous systems of the body and is also noted for decreasing stress and increasing overall well-being.
