YogaLife Institute of NH, offering yoga classes daily, monthly workshops and advanced Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapist Training.
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program is for dedicated Yoga students who want more than a weekly yoga class and would like to join a strong yoga community. This one-year yoga program is meant to foster personal growth and help students develop a greater understanding of Yoga practices and theory. Half of the members of teacher training go on to teach yoga while the other half join simply to expand their personal understanding of Yoga.
Our 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is for those who have completed their 200-hour level certification (in most any yoga tradition) and want to continue their learning in a strong yoga community. Topics include advanced practices related to anatomy and physiology, mind-body health, meditation, energy work and self understanding via Jnana, Tantra, Bhakti and Karma Yoga. This program is very individualized, and meets the unique skills and interests of its participants.
Our Level One 300-Hour Yoga Therapist Program views each aspect of the human experience as having the potential to be a source of healing and inspiration. Fragmentation and stress is universal, yet each individual experiences stress as well as health and healing very differently. This program aims to assess and understand the whole person with an eye towards cultivating the Yogic approach of embracing the many different and interrelated levels on which healing can occur — energetic, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.
