Join us Thursdays from 5:40-6:30 PM. No Yoga experience is required, just the desire to put the world on pause for a few moments.
This time together will begin with a few moments of centering with the breath, choosing an intention for focus, a gentle warm up of neck and shoulders, followed by quiet sitting. When your heart feels ready, rise quietly and leave.
