In Kundalini Yoga, we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath (pranayama), mudra, eye-focus, mantra (chanting), and Kriyas/postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and cleanses the physical body. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Sherri is a Kundalini Yoga instructor and completed her extensive training with Snatam Kaur and Hari Kirin in 2014. Sherri is also a licensed psychotherapist with 30 years of experience, an artist, a Certified Art and Yoga Facilitator (Level 3) and Certified EmBody Love Facilitator. She brings humor, warmth, and creativity to every class.
