Start your week on a positive note! Each Monday, we will come together to discuss meditation techniques followed by the opportunity to put those techniques into practice with a goal of developing a personal practice of meditation.
Topics will include: quieting the monkey-mind, when to use a guided meditation, mantras as a gateway, the power of intention, breath-work, listening within the quiet among other topics. Dress comfortably, and bring along a journal to capture any insights.
