“Master your breath, let the self be in bliss, contemplate on the sublime within you.” —Krishnamacharya
Join us for an evening of deep exploration and transformation using the healing power of the breath. Breathwork is a simple yet profound method that combines enhanced breathing practices with evocative music in a safe set and setting, allowing participants to access expanded states of consciousness and reconnect with their essential nature. These states have been compared to working with psychedelics or shamanic methods, having the potential to transcend ordinary space, time, and linear causality. Breathwork also stimulates the release of emotional and energetic blocks anchored within the body that have been preventing the healing process and causing many of the problems we face.
Group meets monthly and is organized in coordination with the Boston Entheogenic Network (BEN). By engaging in deep experiential work like breathwork over time, participants can gain increasing insight into their true self and shift at the soul-level towards a more holistically healthy state of being.
