Three weekly workshops with Ayal will be offered on February 10, 17, 24 from 10:30 to 11:30am

In this meeting, we will talk about sleep and remind or teach simple techniques for an easier transition into and back out of sleep. Relaxation into sleep with body scan, breathing and dispelling of extra Chi, and coming back out of sleep with intentional muscle-tone build up and the famous philosopher Winnie The Pooh’s question “what’s for breakfast”. Yes, we will talk about honey as well.

Ayal Zingher is a Ph. D. (chemistry) meditation teacher, yoga practitioner, Healer Within ® certified leader. He is also a Reiki level 2 provider and is a music teaching and leading coach. He intends to share the tools that he has acquired during his on-going journey to recovery from stage-4 carcinoid. This class is open to adults and to children with a chaperone. Chaperones and caregivers participate for free.
