Taijiquan (Tai Chi ) is a healing martial art, using breath and movement together to strengthen the body and quiet the mind. Known for it's relaxing, moving meditation, these movements are easy to understand, beautiful to watch and require no athletic ability. All adults welcome. Learn for fun, exercise, or spiritual harmony. Taijiquan teacher Rick Rocha has been a practitioner for 19 years. This class is limited to 7 students.
