Did you know that forgiveness heals? It can reduce depression, ease anxiety, increase our well-being, and facilitate the body's natural healing response. Many of us may get the concept of forgiveness but we don't understand how to forgive.
This workshop will gently guide you past the concept phase to mindfulness and well-being. We will first learn what "forgiveness" really is. It is not what many of us have been led to believe. We will explore practices that support our understanding of: anger, unforgiveness; how to "free our will"; how to release behaviors patterns, and/or people that siphon off our energy; how to forgive ourselves first; how to ask for forgiveness; and how to forgive. We will also explore some beautiful processes to reclaim our personal power and peace of mind.
Lastly, we will enjoy a healing meditation with singing bowls. I am so very pleased to have the very talented, Laura Kirk, play the singing bowls for us during our healing meditation. The sacred sounds help us to open our heart centers to healing and allow our good to flow.
