Join Sheri for this special workshop on exploring yoga and meditation practices to support your self care and self healing journey. While many believe that yoga is a just another way to “work out,” it’s actually more of a process of “working inward.” When we have the courage to go inward and compassionately meet ourselves where we are, we may find that the journey of healing is more accessible. Our practice will start with focusing on the space of heart and move into looking at the whole being. The class will include mini meditations and yoga practices around the theme of healing that are accessible to all levels.
