Yoga For A Healthy Gut

In this empowering workshop we will explore the innate intelligence of our gut, “the second brain”. We will use yoga postures and breath work to refine our digestive fire or “agni’. Restorative yoga and meditation will provide the stillness and introspection required to calm and re-balance this part of our nervous system. Special attention will be placed on the lower chakras and their corresponding qualities of stability, emotional intelligence and empowerment. “The gut is not only the seat of all health, it is the seat of our intuition.” Vincent Pedre, M.D.
