Pat Lebau, Kripalu yoga teacher since 2008, brings her own personal PF story and success helping others to this workshop on IPT for foot pain. You will learn simple, non standard positions to help alleviate pain of running, walking and standing. You will learn about daily activities that can lead to pain and simple, effective techniques to use at home a few times a day for a few minutes at a time to relieve the pain and keep it away while still enjoying daily activities like running, walking and working out.
