April 28–May 3
Breath observation, body and mind (White-bone meditation, Asubha Meditation), has the ability to soothe worries, transform our body, and overturn the unhealthy body into a flourishing state. The two powerful practices have been called “Two manna door“ in Buddhist history.
According to the teaching of Tawya Gaing, breath observation runs through the White-bone meditation. It actually lays a solid foundation for the White-bone meditation. In turn, the White-bone meditation would help “smashes” hard stasis or biofouling that are difficult to clear, allowing the breath to “wash” the bones and reach a state of birth. Master Ditanliao passes the valuable healing experiences that have been acquired in his 20 years of ascetic practice to his students without reservation. The various breathing techniques taught in his meditation are highly practical. Students participating in the meditation workshop can effectively transform their body, overcome the “five hindrances,” and further cut off “body erroneous views.”
