At this moment, community is everything. In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation, our Center for Mindfulness and Compassion is offering free guided live-online mindfulness and compassion practices in the morning and evening every day to help support our community. Over 20 CMC teachers are coming together to offer sessions in mindful movement; bringing kindness to our stress, anxiety, grief and fear; parenting and caregiving during this difficult time; and expressing appreciation and love for each other.
While we are practicing "physical distancing", let's enhance our social connections by virtually caring for ourselves and each other in the present moment. Please feel free to join at any time, whatever works for your schedule and is supportive for you. It is OK to leave early, but please let your teacher know in the “chat” function if you will be leaving early.
