Elevate: An Exploration of Mindfulness is a one-day summit designed to help attendees access their innate capacity for happiness and health through mindfulness. The day will feature a keynote speaker, panel discussion, breakout workshops and other experiential activities. Designed for beginners as well as current practitioners, Elevate will help you learn what mindfulness is (and what it isn't), figure out how it can benefit you (so many benefits!), and what kind of tools can help you incorporate mindfulness into your life right away, without making huge changes. Lunch and snacks are included in the registration fee.
