This event occurs monthly, on the second and fourth Monday of March, May, July, August, October and December.
We invite you to join our Monday evening community group. We are creating this group to introduce Mindfulness and Compassion meditations to the broader population, and to support the graduates of all our programs (MBSR, MSC, MINDFUL-PC, MBCT, and other workshops). As a community we are offering this program to find more effective ways to relate to our common stresses and difficulties. Given the evolving COVID-19 situation, we will offer these session online till further notice. Each session consists of both meditation and discussion. There will be a different topic to explore together as a group for each session. The exploration of these topics will help us deepen our practice & relate to daily life challenges in a different way. No registration is necessary. Everyone is welcome to join!
