Description

Please join us for a day of deep healing and transformation using Holotropic Breathwork.

“Consciousness does not just passively reflect the objective material world; it plays an active role in creating reality itself.”
— Stanislav Grof MD, from The Holotropic Mind

“Holotropic Breathwork is among the deepest and most profoundly comprehensive work of the spirit being offered today.”
— Jack Kornfield, author of A Path With Heart

Holotropic Breathwork is an approach of self-exploration that integrates the latest insights from modern consciousness research with transpersonal psychology and mystical traditions from around the world. It combines breathing practices and evocative music in a safe setting, allowing individuals to access states of consciousness that activate our own natural healing potential. With this “inner healer” guiding the process, the quality and content brought forth is unique to each person and for that particular time and place. It can bring about transformation at all levels of self. Other elements of the practice include creative expression via art-making, focused bodywork (when applicable), group processing, and integration.

Breathwork is particularly supportive of the following:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Addictions
  • Increasing creativity
  • Increasing spiritual connections
  • Boosting energy levels
  • Rediscovering to one's "essence"
  • Balancing the nervous system and/or releasing energetic blocks
  • Trauma release
