“All we need is love” the Beatles claimed in 1960’s. In fact, we have been looking for love from the beginning of time. We are conditioned that it is love which brings us happiness. Is it possible that there are other critical elements to leading a more fulfilled life?!
Rene Descartes, famous for his proposition “Cognito Ergo Sum” (“I think, therefore I am”), claimed that we are most happy when our cognitive functions are intact. What does this mean? Must we be highly educated or just “street-wise”? Should we meditate/contemplate to enter the vastness of the Universe as we wait for someone or something bigger than us to give us instructions?
