Introduction To Ayurveda: Dosha And Your Diet

Join us for an Intro to Your Doshas. You will learn all about the different body types: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

The Ayurvedic Diet is a 3000-year-old diet rooted in ancient Indian medical history. It is not a diet for weight loss, but a diet of balance for health and radiance.

We will start the day with some yoga and meditation. An Ayurvedic lunch will be served, followed by discussion on Dosha and Diet. Learn about Cooking for Optimal physical and mental health and creating balance in your mind and body.
