Kundalini yoga and Naad yoga (the yoga of sound), are powerful tools that help us to cope with challenges, change our state, and lift us into an elevated experience.
We all know what it is like to lose something. Not just important objects: keys, a momento — we sometimes loose a gift, or internal wisdom that has been left dormant and forgotten.
Join Kundalini yoga teacher and sacred chant artist Andi Flax with her bandmate Tripp Dudley for a deep, fun! and powerful experience of the sound current of ‘mantra for lost things’ which Yogi Bhajan gave in the later years of his teachings. We will warm up with a short kriya and discussion, followed by an extended, empowering mantra meditation to call back all which has been ‘lost’.
Andi Flax is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, singer and songwriter drawn to the healing and expressive power of the human voice. She is committed to the idea of life as a piece of art, and lives in service to humanity through the expression of her music.
Tripp Dudley, based out of New York, is a percussionist and tabla player who studied at Berklee College of Music and onward with musicians from many different genres from prog-rock/metal, funk, jazz, Indian classical, and world-fusion groups
