Join us for the Mid-Week Meditation Sampler at Creative Spirit…an opportunity to pause, reset, breathe, settle, rest, renew, and discover the best form of meditation (in other words, the one you’ll actually do)! This is perfect if you’ve never meditated before, or you tried in the past and it didn’t stick, or you’d like to re-invigorate your practice. Each week we’ll gather in a safe and serene space, learn why our brains and bodies want and need us to relax, and explore a different type of meditation. And maybe you’ll begin to let go of stress, sleep better, find solutions to old problems, and feel more joy every day. No experience required. Just bring your curiosity and an open heart.

Week 4 – Chakra meditation
Week 5 – Mindfulness
