Why take the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course?

Course Details:

Time: Thursday Evenings, 6:00–8:30 PM

Orientation: October 18, 2018

8-Week Course: October 25, November 1, 8, 15, (skip week of 22 for holiday), 29, December 6, 13, 20, 2018

Retreat: Saturday, December 1, 2018, 9 AM–4 PM
