This program is designed for the general public: no meditation experience required.

Time: Wednesdays, 6-8:30pm

Orientation: Wednesday, April 1 | 6-8:30pm

8-Week Course: April 8, April 15, April 22, April 29, May 6, May 13, May 20, May 27

Retreat: Saturday, May 16 | 9:30am - 4:30pm (After class 6)

Course Rate: 
Early Bird through March 1: $600 
Regular Rate from March 2 through April 1: $650
