Feeling stressed? Try Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the Center for Mindfulness & Compassion for an 8-week course teaches you to manage stress and enhance well-being. Learn skills to manage and build and emotional reserve for everyday stress and stressful events. This program is designed for the general public. No meditation experience is required. Wednesday evenings starting September 11.
