The premise of this class is quite simple. Relieving pain is in large part about relieving inflammation and improving blood flow. We will breakdown some of the simple yet powerful ways to reduce inflammation and improve blood flow throughout your body.
We will also explain some of the science behind these suggestions in the hope that understanding the science and the why behind these recommendations will motivate and inspire you to integrate some of them into your day to day life.
During this class we will do some simple self-massage techniques, mindfulness practices and sample some anti-inflammatory foods in addition to receiving lots of practical information that you can take home and use right away.
