Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) is a healing martial art using breath and movement. It is just one way to stay young and healthy. It requires no athletic ability to learn. The movements are gentle on the body, easy to understand and beautiful to watch. While the martial art side of Taijiquan is very interesting, these classes will primarily be focusing on it's health and healing aspects, the self defense secondary. All adults welcome.
I have been a practitioner of Taijiquan and Qigong for over 19 years, teaching for over 5 years and to complement my Taijiquan/Qigong understanding, studying Mandarin Chinese for over 2 years.
