Taijiquan (Tai Chi) morning classes every Tuesday 10-11:30am
Taijiquan is a way to stay young and healthy using gentle flowing movements that uses not just the body but the mind as well. When the mind and body work together in this practice we create a feeling of a meditation in motion. With practice we may increase our physical balance, flexibility, our stress may be reduced and we may think more clearly as well as being more calm on the inside, therefore, increased happiness. Tai Chi may bring you closer to nature.
