Did you know that many chronic pain patterns are related to muscular imbalances particularly between the front and back of the body due to our repetitive postures and activities? This workshop will aim to educate about the most common imbalances in the upper and lower body. Some basic anatomy and movement principles may help you reframe your idea of what a balanced exercise and yoga practice may look like. Yoga postures and movement will be introduced for all. Mindful, restructuring of your yoga practice can help restore balance and ease to the body and mind over time.
