Practice what you have learned in Yoga for Plantar Fasciitis Part 1 (Nov. 2). Relieve pain on the bottom of the foot. It's not the usual stretching. It's a gentle way to stretch the top of the foot and the whole front body. It works. It takes a few days/weeks of easy stretching at home, and the pain recedes. It worked for Pat; so she has decided to share about the simple stretches that have relieved her PF and same for the many others who have been helped by these workshops.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who has taken one of Pat's workshops before and would like to practice and share together about their experience with bottom of the foot pain and what has and has not helped.
