If you are suffering from sciatica pain, this workshop is for you. We will talk about ways to manage Sciatica at work. We will do gentle progressive sequence of yoga poses at standing and at seated level that will help you relieve the pain. We will do gentle lying down poses with use of yoga blankets and bolster to help us decompress, align and lengthen the spine. The goal of this gentle, targeted, mindful practice is to help you manage and overcome the pain.
Join Ritu Kapur, an occupational therapist and a certified yoga teacher on Tuesday, July 9 for this workshop. Beginners to yoga are welcome.
