As a Wellness Facilitator I am here to empower you to take charge of your wellbeing. With each session you will gain new knowledge and skills that you can use anytime to rebalance both your body and mind.
I have, unwittingly, become an expert in utilizing the body’s natural ability to heal after experiencing and recovering from chronic illness. I’ve studied various forms of neural retraining and meditation including the NeuroSculpting, the Gupta Programme, mindfulness, pranayama, mantra meditation and transcendental meditation, and am a certified NeuroSculpting® Facilitator and Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra teacher. I am also a 200-hr RYT Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga instructor and am currently in training to become certified in TRE® (Trauma Release Exercises) and Breathwork in 2021.
After all that I have learned and the massive positive impact it has had on every aspect of my life, I just had to share the ones that I found were incredibly effective, easy and accessible, so I am bringing these modalities to you. By continuously releasing both mental and physical accumulated stresses and negative thinking I am able to maintain a happily peaceful, resilient and productive state of being.
