In addition to my coaching background, I am also a Reiki Master with 12 years of experience in spiritual and energy work. This practice has allowed me to explore and understand the subtle energies that flow within and around us. I integrate this knowledge into my coaching approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in our personal growth journeys.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Teaching, specializing in Special Education. Both have provided me with a solid understanding of human behavior, cognition, and emotional well-being. This knowledge enables me to support my clients from a holistic perspective, taking into account the psychological aspects that influence their personal growth and transformation. For over 30 years, I have dedicated myself to working in Special Education, supporting individuals with diverse learning needs. This experience has given me profound insights into the unique challenges and strengths of individuals with developmental disabilities, learning disorders, and emotional and behavioral difficulties. I understand the far-reaching impact of trauma on individuals’ lives and strive to create safe and supportive learning environments that foster healing, resilience, and growth.
