Meaningful transformation begins within.

Founded by Grinia Bradwell, PhD, a personal and spiritual growth mentor, and certified energy healing practitioner, ARIYAH offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your path toward greater balance, clarity, and well-being.

Blending a science-informed perspective with holistic and energetic practices, Grinia brings together self-awareness, meditation, Reiki, Star Magic energy healing, and practical guidance to support your personal journey.

Whether you’re navigating life transitions, seeking emotional balance, exploring your spiritual growth, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, ARIYAH offers a compassionate, personalized approach that honors where you are.

You don’t need to have all the answers to begin. Just a willingness to explore, reconnect, and grow.

Reconnect with yourself. Align with your inner truth. Create meaningful change.
