Find stillness in the meditation Sanctuary, drop into a yoga or tai chi class, or walk the labyrinth to find your center. Omega’s campus provides abundant opportunities for nourishment, care, and replenishment.
If a visit to the Omega campus isn’t in the cards, dip your toe into the virtual campus by exploring online opportunities with seasoned teachers. From affordable short format classes, to live streamed events, to in-depth courses where you study at your own pace. Connect to the Omega community from anywhere in the world. Your retreat awaits.

What people are saying about Omega:
- “My weekend at Omega is still living on in me. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful place filled with wonder, inspiration, and beauty. My only regret is that there was so much to do and not enough time to do it all. I can’t wait to come back and experience more that Omega has to offer.”–Maureen Ryan, Omega Participant
- “The Sanctuary at Omega is one of my favorite places in the world. And I mean world–we travel a lot. Thank you Omega, for bringing us together and for still being one of the sanctuaries on this planet. We’ll be back!” –Claudia Shapiro, R&R Participant
