Senior Trainer Lynne Nicole Smith has been teaching for over 23 years, sharing Qigong, T’ai Chi Easy™, and Qigong Infused Yoga® with thousands worldwide through trainings, retreats, and workshops. She is a Senior Trainer with the Institute of Integral Qigong and T’ai Chi, a Kripalu presenter, and has taught at Esalen, The Omega Institute, international retreat centers, The University of Massachusetts and several other venues. Her online classes and trainings have reached students from across the world.

Lynne has a deep passion for supporting trauma survivors through Qigong and believes in its power as an ally for nervous system healing. She also has extensive experience working with people aged 55+, offering practical tools that effectively release neck, back, and shoulder tension while improving mobility and vitality.

Each Qigong Infused Yoga® and Qigong class is thoughtfully crafted and intentionally designed to offer a comprehensive, somatic approach to healing, incorporating:

– Gentle warm-ups from both Qigong and Gentle Yoga to release physical tension and enhance mobility

– Self-massage & acupressure techniques for self-healing, including support for digestion, neck pain, headaches and other common issues
– Closing Meditation for grounding, inner peace, and deep mind-body connection
