Sherri Snyder has created workshops designed to foster resilience, increase self-acceptance, and build connections, as well as decrease anxiety and stress in our lives. Sherri weaves in elements of creativity, meditation, yoga, and breathwork, offering a place to be yourself. All workshops are held on the Zoom platform, and a sense of peace, intimacy, inner balance, hope and strength are woven through each class.
