Anita Perry (Yoga Anita) has been recognized nationally and internationally with close to 50 years in the fitness field. Ms. Perry is the author of Yogaminute and Yoga Wisdom-Reflections of a Practicing Yogi. Available in both print and audio.
Ms. Perry was voted Best Yoga and Meditation Instructor two years in a row and is the host of “Healthy Living with Yoga Anita” on WLPZ 95.1 FM.
