On Tuesday, June 25, Dutch artist duo Front404 decorated surveillance cameras in the city of Utrecht with shiny party hats to celebrate George Orwell’s 110th birthday. George Orwell is best known for his book “1984” that describes a future society whose every action, word and thought is monitored by the surveillance state of Big Brother.
